What is the After Hours Support Service?

The After Hours Support Service provides wrap-around phone support for Housing First Support Services in the Mandurah/Rockingham region, as well as home visits across the Perth metropolitan area. It supports individuals who are housed or experiencing rough sleeping by offering psychosocial assistance during evenings and weekends, ensuring timely access to additional support when needed.

Who can access the service?

Referrals to the service can come from:

• Ruah Case Managers or other external organisations
• Self-referrals via the referral form
• Eligibility applies
