Mobile Outreach

If you are facing homelessness or currently experiencing homelessness, are street present, and/or have complex mental health concerns, and/or are exiting a women’s prison, our Street to Home, Intensive Housing and Corrections Housing Support teams, now operate as a Mobile Outreach Team, that can help you to access stable housing and support.
